pleasant stay with room for improvement

The check-in process was quick, but the cute front desk staff set a positive tone for our visit. Our family suite offered a fine sea view, with ample space for relaxation. The SPA facilities were a highlight, especially the indoor pool which my son adored and never wanted to leave.

The restaurant could improve its dining atmosphere.

Appreciated the location that was particularly good and unbeatable and very close to Radhime or Orikum as well as numerous restaurants, and bars within easy walking distance. We ate in the Julian Serrano Tapas restaurant, appetising food with nice service...

We would love to stay here again, nothing to complain about, thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. Perfect property, good views and location is unbeatable near to markets, restaurants, and other retail and bars. The building is nice and the rooms are cozy. Staff is amazing and you can park your car on site.

the spa was super disappointing, no hot water! but the salt room was cool and the hotbeds were next level! also, the indoor pool was big and nice, I could relax there for hours!

I appreciated the beautifully maintained gardens and spacious common areas with a lovely atmosphere for relaxation. The layout was accessible. The staff were also attentive.

The spaciousness of our superior apartment was fantastic, especially with two bathrooms, which made our stay super convenient for the kids. We really enjoyed the indoor pool and the relaxing spa, which were perfect for unwinding after our busy days. 🏊‍♂️

The One-Bedroom Apartment was spacious and super comfortable. The sea view was just fine, and the balcony was a nice touch. Plenty of room for the kids to play around, and the beds were cozy. Everything felt modern and clean.

The hotel has amazing cleanliness and kind staff, and the spacious rooms provide stunning sea views. During our visit, we faced some maintenance issues, including a lack of warm water and a crowded pool. A pleasant experience despite a few hurdles.

Absolutely loved the rooftop bar for cocktails and the large indoor pool was perfect for the kids. The kids' play area kept them entertained, and the spacious family room was like home.

The family suite offered plenty of space, perfect for our needs. The kids loved the dedicated playground, keeping them entertained while we got some relaxation. The indoor pool was a huge hit with them. We enjoyed the rooftop bar for evening cocktails. The view was amazing. We faced some issues with the breakfast service. The coffee machine didn't work properly, and ordering coffee from the staff felt uncomfortable as they seemed disturbed. One morning, it took way too long to get a table, as the dining area was overcrowded. It'd be great if the staff could be a bit more cute, as we often seemed like we were bothering them when asking for help. Despite a few hiccups, our stay was enjoyable overall, thanks to the spacious and family-friendly environment.
